Avalon Arlington North is located on the edge of Arlington VA, near the intersection of Hwy. 29 and Glebe Road. Consisting of luxury one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, units are focused on lush perimeter landscape and two interior courtyards. Amenities include sparkling outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen areas, firepits, pet park, and tot lot. David Lesiuk served as senior landscape architect and oversaw all aspects of design, concept through production documents, and performed construction administration services while at another design firm.
