David Lesiuk, RLA, ASLA
President & Principal Landscape Architect

David has over 35 years of professional experience related to all aspects of landscape architectural design. His work ranges from detailed conceptual design to full construction documentation and on-site construction observation. David’s ‘hands-on’ approach to project involvement and client interaction has been his emphasis when he founded LD7 Studio in 2015 and is reflected in the company mantra of LISTEN+PLAN+DESIGN+DELIVER. He has overseen and guided numerous projects and design teams over the years in multi-family residential, office and retail, education/institutional, aviation, healthcare, master-planned communities, and resort & hospitality, which include numerous timeshare projects and luxury hotel resorts. His regard for creativity, attention to detail, and client service are his benchmarks and the founding principles of LD7 Studio.

David holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University and is a member of the Potomac Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Urban Land Institute, and of the Sigma Lambda Alpha Honor Society for landscape architects.

David enjoys golfing, downhill skiing, traveling, college sports, seeing films on the big screen, coaching in the winter Special Olympics, and being around his family.

Stacy Loggins
Landscape Designer

Stacy has 10 years of professional experience in both commercial and residential landscape design. He has worked on multiple large-scale projects, including regional parks, community landscapes, and private residences. Through his work, he is committed to exploring landscape identity and the socio-economic benefits of landscape design in diverse communities. Stacy has a life-long background as a visual artist and has a passion for melding functionality and practicality with art and imagination, creating compositions that are cohesive, balanced, and evoke emotion.

Stacy holds a Certificate in Landscape Design from The George Washington University and a Master of Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech. He has previously worked at Horn & Company and LSG Landscape Architecture, and two other firms earlier in his career. Before starting a career in landscape architecture, he served our country for 26 years as a musician in the United States Navy Band in Washington, DC. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, spending time with his family, and performing steel pans with his Caribbean band, Tobago Bay.

Mary Bates, ASLA Fellow
Landscape Architect

Mary has more than 20 years of experience providing landscape architectural services. She is a licensed landscape architect in Florida, New York, New Jersey and Tennessee. Mary has designed and managed a range of projects including parks and recreation, community planning, site planning, schools, outdoor education facilities, healthcare facilities, urban design and streetscapes, transportation planning, vacation rental and campground facilities, commercial and industrial properties, single and multi-family residential, themed entertainment and resorts. In addition, she has managed projects throughout the State of Florida and in locations around the United States as well as the Caribbean.

Mary holds her Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Ball State University and is a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects.

T. Randy Jones
AutoCAD/GISTechnician

Randy has over 35 years of professional experience with AutoCAD, GIS systems, and software development. His work ranges from detailed landscape architectural drafting and detailing to the creation of CAD StandardsManuals for companies. He has experience with BOMA and ANSI standards-based space measurement and architectural drafting. His role withLD7 Studio is the preparation and completion of landscape architectural construction documents. Randy has a degree from the University of Alabama from the School of Engineering.
