Avalon Mosaic, located in the Mosaic District of Merrifield, VA, at the intersection of Gallows Road and Highway 29, consists of 531 units of apartments ranging from studio suites to two-bedroom units. The apartment project is part of a larger mixed-used development by Edens & Avant. David Lesiuk oversaw aspects of the design, production documents, and administration while at another design firm. The scope of services included three separate courtyard designs for the residents, with each courtyard having a different use.
