Silver Spring, MD

Renovated to meet LEED Gold standards by the Tower Companies, this existing apartment building was retrofitted with a green roof, sustainable outdoor amenity spaces for the residents, and incorporated stormwater management techniques to aid in filtering runoff in the parking lot. Amenity features include a large outdoor fireplace, bar and lounge areas with covered trellis, a boardwalk style walkway, and garden complete with sculptural water fountain.
