The St. Augustine-themed, waterside resort includes a village center with retail and upper floor timeshare units, dramatic pool area that includes a lap pool, kiddie pool, spa, interactive dancing waters feature, and a multi-level West Village pool area themed after Castillo de San Marcos. The Faldo Golf institute includes a golf clubhouse and a Ron Garl designed nine-hole golf course and practice area. David Lesiuk performed work as Senior Associate and oversaw all aspects of design from concept through construction administration.
