Provided landscape architecture services and designed a 5,000 square foot pool area that connects the hotel to the expansive width of white sand beach. The plant palette emphasized coastal plantings to better connect the condo hotel to its natural settings, while the pool design included a zero-entry edge to accentuate the water. David Lesiuk performed as Principal and was responsible for all aspects of design from concept through construction administration.
