Consisting of 175 apartments ranging from studio suites to two-bedroom units, this LEED Silver Certified building boasts a 52,000 square foot Harris Teeter grocery store on the ground floor. Amenities include a rooftop terrace with firepit and outdoor seating with river views, and large courtyard with multi-use lawn area, outdoor kitchen area and firepit. David Lesiuk served as senior landscape architect and oversaw all aspects of design from concept through production documents, and also performed construction administration.
