Situated directly along the banks of the Potomac River and in the heart of the historic northeast coast in Charles County, Maryland. The project will consist of nearly 2,000 total living units on just over 900 acres. Housing is scheduled to include single-family detached and attached, townhouses, and condominiums when completed. The project will take advantage of the existing 18-hole Swan Point championship golf course while being sensitive to the natural environment. The project is planned to include a beach club, resort hotel and spa, a new community pool, additional marina slips, as well was attached and detached housing.
