Watergate Hotel

With the completion of the renovation of this historic hotel in June 2016, a sleek retro hotel was added to the DC market. At a cost of over $175 million, the renovation included completely redoing all hotel rooms, adding a 7,000 square foot ballroom under the courtyard and adding a rooftop bar with grand views of the Potomac River and Washington DC. Concept design efforts included the rooftop bar, a new restaurant patio, the porte cochere area, outdoor patio space with direct access to the underground ballroom, and the courtyard landscape.
